| NEW!
- 2009 HAYWARD FIELD MASTERS INVITATIONAL EVENTS! Here
is your chance to race at Hayward Field, in front of
a crowd! The Oregon Track Club Masters will be
putting on masters only races immediately before University
of Oregon Pepsi Team Invitational and Men of Oregon
vs. UCLA meets.
APRIL 4th - Pepsi Team Invitational (Oregon, Indiana,
Kansas State, Utah State)
- Age Graded Mile (men and women, one race)
- 200m (multiple heats)
APRIL 18th - Men of Oregon vs. UCLA Dual Meet
- 800m (possible multiple heats)
- 100m (multiple heats)
Our goal is to showcase masters track in front of
the always appreciative Hayward Field crowd as they
settle in for the U of O meets. We would like
to assemble competitive fields over a full
set of age ranges. We will accommodate
as many masters athletes as possible. But if we
have a large number of interested athletes, we may limit
the fields to those most competitive in their respective
age groups. We encourage OTCM members to participate,
but you do NOT need to be an OTCM member to enter.
If you are interested in competing, please
send us an EMAIL
HERE as soon as possible! Please
include the event(s) you are interested in, your age,
recent best times, and your contact information.

2009
Hayward Classic
Unfortunately,
we have been forced to cancel the 2009 Hayward Classic,
due to lack of availability of Hayward Field and other
schedule conflicts. This year was especially
difficult to find a suitable date, with Hayward Field
hosting the PAC-10 Championships, NCAA Western Regional
Championships, and USATF National Championships, along
with the normal University of Oregon schedule and the
Prefontaine Classic.
The
Hayward Classic will return in June 2010!
